Let me introduce myself

Hi! I’m Ilaria

I’ve been a personal trainer for more than five years, working both online and in gyms. During that time, I noticed how differently women’s bodies respond to training — especially when factors like hormones and cycles are taken into account.

This led me to focus fully on female fitness, where training is adapted to how your body actually works.

I work with women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and make progress that lasts — without extremes, pressure, or constantly starting over. Along the way, I aim to help women better understand their bodies and build habits that feel realistic and sustainable.

Many of the women I coach are motivated and curious, but feel frustrated after trying different approaches with little result. My role is to bring clarity and structure, so training feels understandable, supportive, and achievable again.

My approach

A lot of what affects women’s bodies — like hormones, stress, recovery, and energy levels — is often overlooked in fitness, even though it strongly influences how training feels and works.

I believe in working with your body, not against it. When training is adapted to your body, preferences, and lifestyle, it becomes more effective — and more enjoyable.

You don’t need experience to start. You just need a goal and a willingness to learn. I work with women at all fitness levels and guide you step by step so you always understand what you’re doing and why.

Training, with guidance along the way

I don’t believe in generic plans, quick fixes, or a punishment mindset. Fitness should feel sustainable, supportive, and realistic.

There isn’t one “right” way to work together. Depending on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences, support can be 1:1, duo or small group coaching, in person, or fully online. I aim to make coaching accessible to different starting points, goals, and budgets, while still providing personalised support.

Every client works with me through the Trainerize coaching app, where they have their own personal training space. Here you can access your tailored training program, track progress, follow habit and nutrition goals, and stay connected with me through regular check-ins. This ensures you always know what you’re working on and why, even outside of sessions.

My goal is not just to help you achieve results now, but to give you the confidence, knowledge, and tools to continue progressing long after coaching.
