    This all-in-one coaching package includes personalised training, nutritional guidance, habit tracking, and monthly body measurements to monitor your progress.
    A hands-on, supportive approach for women who want technique, accountability, and a program built around their lifestyle.

  • Small, female-focused sessions (max 5 people) designed to help you burn, sculpt, tone, and stay consistent.
    Choose from Glutes, Core, Pilates (sculpt), or HIIT burners, and train in a motivating, supportive environment where form and results come first.
    Perfect for women who want community, energy, and affordable coaching with a personal touch.

    You can book a (recurring) time slot that’s fully reserved for your group only.
